World's Interesting Design
This is a collection of the most 'interesting' design/concept that I have selected. What do you think? Our hands, sensually evoking a wild return to our origins, are the best instruments for feeding ourselves leading to the satisfaction of our animal impulses. Therefore, no more cutleries, no more tablecloths! No more formality or cultural distinctions in the approach to food. In a society where everything is frenetic and sometimes hypocrite, it can be luxurious to allow our souls to listen once again to our most distant instincts, it is a privilege that only few of us can allow. Finger-Dip is a provocation, an invitation for users to stop and reflect, a way to use technology and man’s intelligence in the objective of giving value to a gesture which has now a days become symbol of sophistication and style other than a necessity. Eating is a pleasure, and it becomes even more satisfying when doing it with our hands! Finger-Dip is hygienic, for single-use and fun! It is ideal when traveling, when the lunch is quick and simple, and when there is no chance of washing our hands and there are no utensils around. Indulged in strass, the mirror lights up and adds to the reflected image the fancy of diamonds, to be always the most beautiful in this mirror… Laminated Glass made of two panes with an interlayer of PVB including Leds and their invisible electric connection. (industrial process developped by AGC « Glassiled »). Power supply and electronic components on the back of the mirror. Touch switch. Corian® frame. Mr. M :" Mirror Mirror on the wall...she must be sick" ----------------------------------------------------------------------    name of design : cool hug design by : damin jung + miran Son from korea designer's own words: Compared to other trees, a bamboo tree has specific properties which are cold in itself. So, from long time ago, Korean ancestors had the habitual use of bamboo products during summertime. One of the representative bamboo products is Dutch wire which permeability is added to a cold quality of bamboo. Characteristic shape(circular and longish, It has many six-sided holes) of the Dutch wire is suitable for passing a breeze. And, it makes people holding it feel cool as reducing skin contact. The whole world will be hotter than now in 2020 as a result of global warming. And, single people will increase. * idea 1. Add sneer to existing Dutch wire instead of wind. 2. Only make it cool around a user, make it cool whole rooms instead . * target : single people. * Sneer principles 1. Mix water and nitrate fluoride in precise amounts. 2. Keep comfortable sleep temperature in summer automatically. ( Keep 24?C ~ 26?C ) * Sources of energy : Flexible Solar cells. What more appropriate product to target than the icon of waste - the urban garbage bin. Reusing and recycling can be a necessity or a statement, but both are driven by rethinking. A garbage bin has its own unique characteristics: it contains, it has wheels and ribs, it is stackable and thermoplastic. A chair has its own unique characteristics: it contains, it has legs, it reflects tradition and human dimensions, it is structural. We shuffled these characteristics; stretched and deformed the sides of the bin to create a seat, we sawed and bent the ribs to strengthen and emphasize forms. At times we hung on to a word or an image and melted the plastic to realize it; at times we allowed the process to take its own course. The design process reexamined the chair archetype and confronted its traditional image with the relatively inferior one of its former life as a garbage bin. On one hand is a bin - on the other, a chair. Mr. M : " Did someone just puke on it last night?" ----------------------------------------------------------------------    name of design : The door for every family member design by : Zhang Jian from china If you want each family member feels proficiently belongs to them, then on starts from the door to beginning ! This is a door’s design full of great interest. It makes according to child's height, in conventional door, also designed another leafed door for the children.
