Size chart will be provided and customers are expected to chose desired size upon ordering, size change will not be entertained. Declaration of authenticity of certain items are spelled out clearly. Privacy policy The use of your personal data is strictly limited to the processing of your order. Your contact information will not be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rent to any third party without your prior consent. Cancellation Orders You are allowed to cancel submitted orders if stock becomes unavailable or unable to deliver to you due to time constraint or other circumstances unforeseen. Once invoice/confirmation email has been sent out, no cancellation can be made. Refund / Exchange / Return Refund - Please note that all our sales are final and goods sold are non-refundable. Exchange - We take pride in our services and will check and ship all our items with care. Returns/exchanges are only for items with defects. All defected items upon received must be inform within 48 hrs. Please provide picture of defects when requested. Nevertheless, undergarments are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. Items are 1 to 1 exchange for same model/size/color. If item is out of stock, you can choose an alternative item for exchange OR wait for the next shipment. If the alternative item to exchange is of lower value, there will be no refund for difference. If the alternative item to exchange is of higher value, kindly top up the excess in amount. All shipping charges (returned/delivered) are to be borne by buyer and is not reimbursable. Return - The merchandise returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with their original packing if applicable. Return postage will be bear by buyer.
