1. Make sure your skin is cleaned, taking a shower before application, dry area
2. Take the patch and remove the protective film
3. Apply the adhesive onto area, stretch slightly to cover more area
4. Use the provided big white plaster tape and overlap the patch to protect it from sticking onto clothes
5. Wear it for the next 8 hours to work, exercise or sleep
6. You will feel a slight burning sensation due to the capsicum ingredient
7. After 8 hours, peel slowly both the plaster and the patch, wipe off the gel residue with water or wet tissue
8. Dispose patch after use. (Non reusable)
   

• *Use not more than 3 times a week, not more than 8 hour per day
• After a few applications, the appearance of target area is more firm, smooth and sexc?
• *The images are the up-grade patch II which has Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) added. Patch I is without the new ingredient. The main ingredient in this patch is Caffine, Tea tree, Ginkgo, Capsicum ..etc
