How do I order your products?- For 1st timers, kindly read purchase procedure here Items in my cart don't appear! -Items are kept as long as your browser is on. If you quit browser, all your items in cart will be cleared. You dont have the size/color I want! - Your size/color item is probably out of stock or we dont take in that particular size/color. Stocks are subject to availability and limitations. If you really want the size/color for the item which is not available, you can pre-order from us, and we will bring it in our next shipment. Size Chart? - We will try to give the waist size as provided by the manufacturer. For example item A has Medium (27-29 in) but item B has Medium (30-32 in). Therefore its better to read the measurements in inches. But we cant give all the measurements for tops as our sources are from different part of world. They have different standards, so please drop us a mail if you are unsure, we try to measure on the spot or get the measurements from our manufacturer. Pre-Orders - Pre-Order items are stated at the point of shipping process from suppliers or to be imported till purchase from you. We bear no responsibility in any delay arise from supplier/shipping and are in no control of wrong shipment from supplier. We advise you to be patient for pre-order items. Pre-Order items may need 5 days to 1.5 weeks vary due to complicated process. Pre-order requires you to pay upfront 1st as to avoid 'dead buyers'. In any case of our failure to deliver the goods to you, we will refund full to you. What is oem ? - It vaguely term as the act of a company rebranding a product to its own name that may not come with fancy box packaging, advertising, warranty , support, licensing that you find in retail shops. And because without all these, OEM product are cheaper than retail product by a big difference. Can I have discount? - A discount Is already given through shipping fees. We charge lower than other online shop and we absorb partial of the shipping cost. Nevertheless, Discount coupon will be implemented soon. Terms and Conditions apply. What payment methods are accepted? - We accept Paypal, Atm transfer, Internet banking, cheque as for now Why do I have to transfer $15.01? 1 cents? - This only applies to Atm transfer as to facilitate me to identify this payment belongs to which customer. That is because Atm transfer remains Anonymous when I use I-Banking to check transaction. And when many people purchase the same item with same price at the same period, it can be quite confusing to track. I dont think I need to refund the few cents back right? Err do you. :p How long do you take to deliver? - After payment has been received, the package will arrive in 2-3 Singpost working days (Mon 9am to Sat 1pm) What is normal / registered mail? - Normal mail cannot be traced in the event of lost mails. Sender bears no responsibility and compensation in such cases. - Registered mail can be traced in the event of lost mails. Singpost bears responsibility and mail can be track. There will be an additional fee applicable for registered articles. Read here for more Can you waived the shipping fees? - Yes, if you order above $100 in total per shipment, we deliver to you free. Can you do meet up and cash payment? - No, only Paypal and I-banking are available. We only deliver after goods are paid. Meet up are only available for bulky items such as bags. Can I mail concealed cash for payment then? - I do not recommend such method. If you must send cash, you bear fully the responsibility in the event of lost mail, and even with registered mail, Singpost can recover the envelope perhaps without the cash inside. Do it only at your own risk.
